RATES AND INSURANCE
Seeking therapy is a major investment of time and money, therefore being transparent about the fees is an essential factor. All costs are listed below to help you make informed decisions related to your care.
USING YOUR INSURANCE
Our services are out of network, but upon request, we are happy to supply you with the information needed to submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement.
THERAPY FEES (SELF-PAY/NO INSURANCE)
Individual Therapy $180 (50 minutes) ● Couples Therapy $180 (50 minutes) ● Family Therapy $180 (50 minutes)
ALPHA-STIM FEES
Alpha-Stim® Treatment $20 (add-on 20-40 minutes during therapy)
Alpha-Stim® Treatment $40 (20 minutes/stand-alone/not during counseling)
Alpha-Stim® Treatment $60 (40 minutes/stand-alone/not during counseling)
Alpha-Stim® Treatment $80 (60 minutes/stand-alone/not during counseling)
Assessment/Prescription/Training for In-Home Use of Alpha-Stim® $175
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. Patients are required to keep a credit card on file even if paying by other methods.
NO SHOWS AND CANCELATIONS
Patient care is the highest priority, and my schedule is busy. Punctuality is important and patients are expected to arrive on time. Please give 24-hour advance notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If prior and timely notification is not given, you will be charged a $75 fee for the missed session.
OUT OF NETWORK BENEFITS
Patients are encouraged to contact their insurance and ask if they have out-of-network mental health coverage and what your insurance may cover. If you need to provide a “CPT code” or a “service code” you can provide the following codes.
